Jinko Holdings has appointed Craig Zhang as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Gener Miao as a Director following a leadership change at the clean energy and technology investment company.
Zhang’s appointment became effective October 30, 2026, following the resignation of Mengmeng Li as Chief Financial Officer.
Jinko said Li’s departure was not related to any disagreement with the company and is not expected to materially affect its business operations.
Zhang has served as Jinko Holdings’ Finance Director since August 2026.
Before joining the company, he was Corporate Development and Finance Director at Shanghai Windrose Technology from January 2025 through July 2026.
He previously served as Deputy Director of Financial Reporting and Accounting at Envision Ruitai Dynamics Technology from August 2022 through January 2025.
Earlier in his career, Zhang spent nearly a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian, most recently as an Audit Senior Manager.
He holds degrees in economics and management and is a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jinko simultaneously appointed Gener Miao as a Director.
Miao has served as Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer of Jinko Solar since December 2020.
He previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Jinko Holdings and has held multiple leadership roles across Jinko since 2010, including Board Secretary and Vice President for Sales and Marketing.
Jinko Holdings combines clean energy industrial operations with strategic investments in renewable energy, advanced materials, artificial intelligence, commercial space, and other emerging technologies.
Its industrial foundation includes a controlling interest in Jinko Solar.
