JK Technology Services has acquired 360 Rigging, expanding its crane and rigging capabilities as the company builds a broader end-to-end platform supporting data center deployments and other technology infrastructure projects.
Manassas, Virginia-based 360 Rigging specializes in crane and rigging services and related support for technology customers.
Its trained and certified riggers will join the JKTS Crane and Rigging Team.
That organization is led by Dewey Snavely, who recently joined JKTS from A&A Transfer to build the operational foundation for its crane and rigging business.
360 Rigging CEO Jeremy Hawkins will work alongside Snavely to help guide the expanded operations.
JKTS provides engineered rigging services covering crane rigging, heavy equipment handling, transportation and staging.
The company integrates those functions with warehousing and delivery to support complex technology deployments.
The acquisition comes as JKTS said its business has grown at a triple-digit rate this year.
The company is headquartered in Northern Virginia, a major data center market with more than 12 million square feet of commissioned data center space.
JKTS is investing in infrastructure and personnel as it attempts to become a single provider for complex data center support and IT relocation projects.
Recent hires include John Novak as Vice President of Sales, Mike Lozupone as Vice President of Business Development/Technology Services and Adam Nelson as an account executive.
JK Technology Services is a subsidiary of JK Moving and supports hyperscale, colocation and complex construction environments nationwide.
