JLL Selected By Nestlé For Global Real Estate Portfolio Services Across 130 Countries

Nestlé has selected JLL as its global real estate services provider across 130 countries, expanding the companies’ relationship to cover integrated leasing transaction management and strategic advisory services across Nestlé’s entire office, industrial and retail property portfolio.

The assignment brings together JLL’s Work Dynamics and Leasing Advisory businesses under an integrated account structure, building on lease administration services the commercial real estate company already provides to Nestlé.

JLL will also provide access to its Valuation and Risk Advisory, broader Portfolio Services and JLL Technologies capabilities.

Technology will play a significant role in the engagement. JLL plans to use AI-powered analytics and data visualization to give Nestlé additional intelligence for real estate decisions across its global footprint.

That includes JLL Azara, an AI-powered application for analyzing corporate real estate and facilities management data, and Horizon, JLL’s proprietary AI platform combining public and private market intelligence to identify investment opportunities and support capital deployment.

The engagement supports Nestlé’s shift toward what JLL describes as an “elastic portfolio”, moving from fixed long-term property commitments toward a more flexible model capable of adjusting across asset types as business requirements change.

Nestlé’s account will be led by Iain Franklin and Louise Humpish of Work Dynamics, while Jim Panczykowski will continue serving as relationship executive.

JLL generated $26.1 billion in annual revenue and had more than 112,000 employees as of June 30, 2026, with operations spanning more than 80 countries.
