JM Test Systems Acquires Alltite, Expanding Calibration Capabilities Across The Central United States

JM Test Systems announced the acquisition of Alltite, a calibration and torque equipment services provider headquartered in Wichita, Kansas. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alltite’s capabilities include hydraulic torque tool calibration, precision measurement, and field service support for customers across energy, power generation, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries throughout the central United States. Alltite’s team will join JM Test Systems, and the company will continue operating from its Wichita location, which will become JM Test’s central-region service hub. Founder Tom Smith will continue in a business development capacity to support the transition. The acquisition follows JM Test’s 2023 purchase by Kanbrick, which has supported continued investment in new technologies, locations, and service offerings.
