JobGet Acquires RippleMatch To Expand Into Early-Career Recruiting

By Amit Chowdhry ● May 28, 2026

JobGet announced the acquisition of RippleMatch, an AI-powered early-career recruiting platform, as the company continues building a unified hiring ecosystem across hourly, frontline, and entry-level talent categories. The deal marks JobGet’s sixth acquisition and expands its strategy of consolidating the fragmented hiring technology market through AI-powered infrastructure.

The acquisition combines JobGet’s network of more than 100 million candidates with RippleMatch’s early-career recruiting marketplace, employer relationships, matching technology, and campus recruiting capabilities. The combined platform is designed to help employers streamline hiring across hourly and early-career roles while providing candidates with access to a broader range of opportunities.

According to the companies, employers continue to face challenges managing large volumes of applications while efficiently identifying qualified talent. At the same time, candidates are applying to more positions but receiving fewer responses as AI reshapes traditional recruiting processes and entry-level career pathways.

RippleMatch brings several AI-driven recruiting tools to the combined platform, including automated resume screening, candidate matching, interview scheduling, and virtual event management. These capabilities will complement JobGet’s existing AI hiring products focused on sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring workflow management.

As part of the acquisition, JobGet highlighted several products aimed at helping employers improve hiring efficiency and reduce recruiting costs. The company said its SpendSmart platform analyzes ATS performance data and reallocates recruiting spend to improve hiring outcomes and lower cost-per-hire. JobGet also pointed to its HireReady platform, which centralizes hiring data and workflows into a single application with reporting, sourcing benchmarks, smart screening tools, interview scheduling, and automated reminders.

JobGet said the acquisition strengthens its position as a comprehensive hiring platform serving employers with high-volume hiring needs across industries such as retail, food service, healthcare, hospitality, warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, and customer service.

The company’s acquisition strategy focuses on integrating hiring platforms into JobGet’s broader infrastructure while leveraging shared candidate supply, AI-driven workflows, and centralized hiring data. According to JobGet, each acquisition expands its customer base, candidate network, and hiring intelligence capabilities.

JobGet currently partners with companies including Whole Foods, Avis, Hobby Lobby, Sprouts, Taco Bell, Uber, Aldi, and UPS.
