Joi + Blokes, a Nashville-based virtual clinic specializing in menopause, longevity, and optimal healthspan, has acquired HerMD, a nationally recognized provider of evidence-based care in menopause, sexual health, and hormonal wellness. The transaction brings together two influential organizations to create one of the most expansive virtual specialty care ecosystems for women in the United States ahead of 2026.
The combined platform establishes a broader national footprint while advancing the shift toward integrated and accessible virtual care. HerMD patients will now gain access to additional treatments, including peptide therapy and testosterone, expanded sexual health therapies, preventative lab diagnostics, longer appointment times, and opportunities to participate in research initiatives. The unified clinical model aims to deliver consistent, evidence-based care for women across all fifty states.
Joi has already treated more than fifty thousand patients nationwide. Its model focuses on one-to-one clinician visits, personalized treatment plans, and sustained improvements in quality of life across menopause symptoms, hormonal balance, sexual health concerns, and related conditions. Seventy-four percent of surveyed patients recently reported sustained benefits from their care programs, reflecting outcomes that will now be scaled further through HerMD’s clinical leadership in menopause and sexual health.
HerMD’s integration will also include a significant expansion of patient education. The organization will lead a new national initiative within Joi Plus Blokes, including a forthcoming Joi x HerMD educational series designed to strengthen public understanding and equip women with clearer pathways for informed health decision-making.
For more than a decade, HerMD has catalyzed the elevation of national awareness of menopause and sexual health. Its physician-founded model prioritized evidence-based care, accessible education, and patient empowerment. Those efforts helped spur broader change in how women’s health is delivered and understood.
The acquisition signals accelerating momentum across the women’s health sector, positioning Joi Plus Blokes to establish a nationwide standard of comprehensive, evidence-based virtual care for women navigating menopause, hormonal health challenges, and related conditions.
