Jolt Capital Names Former Accenture EMEA CEO Jean-Marc Ollagnier As Operating Partner

Jolt Capital has appointed Jean-Marc Ollagnier as Operating Partner, adding a former senior Accenture executive with 40 years of experience in technology transformation, artificial intelligence, business services and international leadership.

In his new role, Ollagnier will work with Jolt Capital’s investment teams and portfolio company executives to support growth, technology adoption, business model development and large-scale transformation initiatives.

Ollagnier spent his entire career at Accenture, where he held several senior leadership positions, including CEO for EMEA, Global CEO of the Energy & Resources industry group, and Country Managing Director for France and Benelux.

His background includes advising major global companies on strategic, operational and technology transformations across multiple industries and geographies.

Ollagnier also played a role in Accenture’s evolution as a global business services company, including around the firm’s 2001 IPO.

From 2012 onward, he contributed to Accenture’s strategic shift toward technology-driven services, including digital transformation, artificial intelligence and sustainable development.

At Jolt Capital, that experience is expected to support portfolio companies as they scale operations, adopt emerging technologies and develop new business models.

Ollagnier will also contribute to Jolt Capital’s internal strategic thinking and operational support model, bringing experience from large multinational transformation programs to the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities.

Beyond Accenture, Ollagnier has participated in a range of international initiatives focused on digital transformation, energy and sustainability.

His work has included involvement with the European Union, BusinessEurope, the World Economic Forum, the United Nations, COP conferences and the World Business Council for Sustainable Development.

He also contributed to the United Nations’ Sustainable Energy for All initiative alongside former UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and participated in the World Economic Forum’s Net Zero Carbon Cities program.

Ollagnier has additionally served on Accenture’s Energy Board alongside Lord John Browne, former Chairman of BP.

He is a graduate of Télécom Paris and completed Accenture’s leadership program delivered jointly with MIT.

The appointment strengthens Jolt Capital’s operating capabilities as the firm supports technology-focused portfolio companies through periods of expansion, strategic repositioning and digital transformation.
