Jolt Capital, a leading private equity firm specializing in European growth tech companies, announced the appointment of Zineb Semlali as Director of Investor Relations. Semlali will report to Chairman and Managing Partner Jean Schmitt and will actively participate in the company’s fundraising efforts.
Semlali will be responsible for contributing to the development of customer relations and for maintaining and expanding the company’s international sales footprint. Semlali will also support the teams in their efforts to diversify, develop, and create new opportunities for Jolt Capital.
Semlali is a double graduate of Grenoble Ecole de Management’s Grande École program and MSc Finance. Following a degree in Economics from Université Lumière Lyon 2, Semlali developed her expertise as an M&A analyst with the firm MBA Capital and within SCOR’s investor relations team. In 2021, Semlali joined investment firm Cathay Capital to strengthen the investor relations team, developing key marketing tools and responding to investor needs.
