JoyBridge Kids, a provider of multidisciplinary care for children with autism and their families, has announced its acquisition of Pediatric Advanced Therapy, a North Carolina-based organization specializing in pediatric speech, occupational, and physical therapy as well as counseling services.

The acquisition strengthens JoyBridge Kids’ mission to offer coordinated, integrated care by bringing together two organizations focused on child-centered therapeutic support.

The combination brings Pediatric Advanced Therapy’s broad clinical expertise into JoyBridge Kids’ established framework for Applied Behavior Analysis and supportive therapies. Together, the organizations will provide families with a more expansive platform of services, offering a single, collaborative care environment that addresses diverse developmental needs. The move is aimed at improving continuity of care and access to clinical resources across a larger geographic footprint in the Southeast.

The combined team plans to create new opportunities for clinical collaboration and professional growth across therapy disciplines, emphasizing a unified approach to working with each child and family. Both organizations have begun the integration process and indicated that care will continue uninterrupted during the transition.
