Jump announced the launch of AI Associate, an intelligent agent designed to help financial advisors execute tasks across meetings, CRM systems, email, and financial planning tools, extending its platform from insight generation into real-time action.
The new capability builds on Jump’s AI Operating System and introduces what the company describes as an “execution layer,” enabling advisors to move beyond insights and directly complete tasks within a unified interface. AI Associate acts as a digital teammate embedded across systems, allowing users to retrieve information, update records, communicate with clients, and schedule follow-ups without switching between applications.
With AI Associate, advisors can query their tech stack to access client data, create and update CRM records, draft and send client communications, and schedule meetings in real time. The system operates with enterprise-grade compliance controls and requires human confirmation before executing actions, ensuring advisors remain in control.
The product is integrated across Jump’s three core offerings, Meet, Grow, and Operate. It extends meeting intelligence into follow-up execution, helps convert client interactions into actionable growth insights, and streamlines operational workflows by automating tasks across systems. By connecting workflows across departments, the platform aims to reduce fragmentation, minimize manual work, and improve efficiency.
AI Associate is rolling out to Jump’s existing customer base as the company continues expanding its platform into a unified operating system for advisory firms.
