JumpCloud announced that Tracy Knox has joined its Board of Directors. Knox will also serve as Chair of JumpCloud’s Audit Committee.
Knox is a board director, audit chair, former three-time public company CFO, and strategic operator with more than 25 years of experience scaling global technology, e-commerce, and marketplace businesses.
JumpCloud said Knox’s financial, operational, and governance experience will support the company as it continues expanding its AI-powered unified IT management platform and Agentic IAM solutions.
Knox retired from her CFO career in 2022 and has since focused on board service and strategic advising.
She currently serves on the board of Getty Images, where she chairs the Audit Committee. She also serves on the board of Babylist and as a board member and treasurer for Pet Partners.
Knox is a Qualified Financial Expert and holds an MBA with honors from the University of Washington and a B.A. in accounting from Indiana University.
Previously, Knox served as CFO of Rover Group, where she helped grow gross booking value fivefold to $1 billion, expanded operations to 10 countries, and led a SPAC merger that valued the company at $1.3 billion. Rover was later acquired by Blackstone for $2.3 billion.
Knox also previously served as CFO of Rightside, where she led a direct listing and the company’s subsequent sale, and CFO of drugstore.com, where she directed a $400 million sale to Walgreens.
JumpCloud said Knox’s expertise spans capital markets readiness, international scaling, complex M&A, profitability, and corporate governance.
