JumpCloud announced it has acquired MacSolution, describing the company as the largest JumpCloud managed service provider (MSP) in the Americas, in a deal aimed at strengthening go-to-market presence and services capability in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed.
JumpCloud said the transaction accelerates the buildout of a strategic GTM hub in São Paulo following its earlier acquisition of VaultOne. MacSolution focuses on modernizing IT for organizations by managing user identities, access, and devices, and brings a team with deep JumpCloud-specific technical expertise that JumpCloud plans to integrate in-house to support enterprise deployments, improve channel and MSP execution, and feed product insights back into the company.
JumpCloud said the São Paulo hub will expand its global professional services capacity, help customers execute complex and legacy migrations more quickly and securely, and improve the company’s ability to meet the requirements of large global organizations deploying its unified identity, device, and access management platform.
