June Health announced the closing of an oversubscribed CAD$2.4 million financing round. Securian Canada participated significantly in the round as a strategic institutional investor. The round also included participation from AgeTech Capital and Canadian technology founders Dave and Mike Wessinger of PointClickCare and Michael Garrity of Financeit, among others.
June Health is a women’s healthcare platform delivered as an employer and partner benefit. The company provides personalized, preventive, and connected care through employers, benefits administrators, affinity groups, and insurers.
The funding will support June Health’s efforts to modernize access to women’s healthcare through clinician-trained AI and integrated clinical support across every stage of life. The company plans to invest in AI and data infrastructure, expand employer and strategic distribution partnerships, and grow its integrated care platform.
June Health’s platform is designed to address gaps in continuity, accessibility, and coordination across women’s healthcare. Its connected care model supports areas including hormonal health, fertility and family planning, mental health, sexual health, chronic conditions, preventive care, parenting support, and menopause.
The company’s proprietary health navigation experience combines AI with human care coordination to help women understand insurance coverage, identify appropriate care pathways, and access specialized women’s health support more efficiently.
The platform is supported by a multidisciplinary care team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, dietitians, naturopaths, parent coaches, and women’s health specialists.
June Health said women’s healthcare is becoming an increasingly important area of employee benefits as employers and partners seek to improve population health, care access, and long-term engagement.
Securian Canada is a Canadian insurance provider focused on life-ready insurance and protection solutions. The company said its investment aligns with efforts to improve access, continuity, and health outcomes for women.
