Juniper Square and Nasdaq eVestment have launched Capital Intelligence, an AI-powered investor intelligence platform designed to help private markets investment managers identify prospective investors and manage fundraising relationships. The product integrates Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens directly into Juniper Square’s Investor CRM, giving fund managers access to institutional investment data covering more than 30,000 firms, 70,000 mandates, and 100,000 professionals.
Capital Intelligence is designed for general partners and investor relations teams navigating an increasingly competitive private markets fundraising environment.
As institutional investors concentrate their commitments among fewer investment managers, fund managers face greater pressure to identify suitable limited partners, maintain relationships, and respond quickly to changes in investor allocation strategies.
Juniper Square’s latest offering addresses these challenges by bringing institutional market intelligence directly into the CRM that fund managers already use.
Rather than requiring investor relations teams to manually update contact information or rely on disconnected research databases, the platform combines AI-powered data matching with continually updated institutional investment intelligence.
Capital Intelligence draws on Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens, incorporating structured information about institutional investors and consultants alongside qualitative context involving investment pacing plans, consultant sentiment, and allocation trends.
The platform provides three principal capabilities: Enrich, Discover, and Act.
Enrich uses an AI matching engine to connect a firm’s existing investor and consultant contacts with Nasdaq’s institutional database. Users can review and approve thousands of suggested matches in a single session, helping reduce manual research and data maintenance.
Importantly, suggested matches require user approval before acceptance, allowing investment firms to maintain control over their relationship records.
Discover introduces Pipeline Builder, a CRM feature that enables investor relations teams to search more than 100,000 institutional investment professionals, 30,000 firm profiles, and 70,000 investment mandates.
Users can filter prospective investors by criteria such as firm type, assets under management, and geography before importing relevant records directly into their fundraising pipelines.
Act monitors changes across investor and consultant organizations, presenting relationship updates for user review and acceptance.
These capabilities are intended to help private markets managers identify fundraising opportunities, maintain more accurate contact records, and respond to developments within institutional investment organizations.
For Juniper Square, the launch expands its broader strategy of embedding AI directly into its private markets operating platform.
The company introduced Headless GPX in June 2026 and made Fay, its first GPX Agent, generally available in July.
Capital Intelligence extends these developments into institutional fundraising, connecting proprietary CRM relationships with external institutional market intelligence.
The product is available immediately for general partners raising institutional capital. Firms that already subscribe to Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens can connect their existing subscriptions.
Juniper Square serves more than 2,300 private markets general partners worldwide, with more than $1 trillion in limited partner capital managed through its platform.
Its software supports fundraising, investor onboarding, compliance, treasury, reporting, and fund administration.
For Nasdaq eVestment, the collaboration creates another distribution channel for its institutional investment intelligence and analytics.
The integration is intended to help asset managers identify investors whose allocation strategies align with their investment offerings while reducing the administrative burden associated with maintaining institutional relationships.
KEY QUOTES:
“Fundraising is won by the firms that understand their investors best and move first. Capital Intelligence puts that advantage in every GP’s hands by turning the CRM into an always-current view of the institutional market, so teams can target the right LPs, act the moment something changes, and compete for capital that used to be out of reach.”
Jay Farber, General Manager of GPX at Juniper Square
“Capital Intelligence keeps our contacts updated automatically and shows us the investors beyond our network, all inside the CRM we already use every day.”
Jedd Horn, Director of Capital Markets at ABR Investment Partners
“Capital formation works best when investors looking to place capital can find the managers whose strategies fit their needs. That comes down to the quality and timeliness of the intelligence behind the match. By bringing Nasdaq eVestment into Juniper Square’s CRM, we put that intelligence where fundraising actually happens — helping capital formation teams work more efficiently and connect the right capital with the right managers.”
Daniel Brickhouse, Vice President and Head of Nasdaq eVestment
