Juniper Square, the fund operations partner to over 2,000 private markets general partners (GPs), has announced a strategic equity investment from Nasdaq Ventures. The funding and new collaboration aim to accelerate the development of integrated data and liquidity solutions tailored for private fund managers, building on Juniper Square’s $130 million Series D financing from June.
Under the partnership, Juniper Square and Nasdaq will jointly explore next-generation data tools designed to enhance GP visibility, streamline fundraising, and unlock private market liquidity—particularly through innovations in secondary transactions. This alliance combines Juniper Square’s purpose-built software with Nasdaq’s world-class market data and infrastructure.
The strategic investment and collaboration will support Juniper Square’s roadmap to integrate AI-powered analytics, expanded services, and industry-specific infrastructure. Through this partnership, Juniper Square aims to offer private fund managers a unified solution for operations, investor reporting, and liquidity management.
