Jurisphere.ai announced it has raised $2.2 million in funding from institutional investors, including InfoEdge Ventures, Flourish Ventures, Antler, and 8i Ventures, as the company expands its AI-powered legal services platform.

Founded in 2024 by brothers Manas Khandelwal and Varun Khandelwal alongside IIT Delhi computer science graduate Sumit Ghosh, Jurisphere is building an outcome-focused legal AI platform designed to combine artificial intelligence with networks of legal professionals.

The company said its legal AI workspace is already being used by more than 500 teams across law firms, enterprises, and public institutions for workflows including legal research, drafting, document review, and collaboration.

According to Jurisphere, the company is evolving beyond AI productivity tools into a broader platform that integrates AI systems with structured networks of lawyers and legal professionals.

Under the model, legal professionals can access client demand and collaborate using shared AI workspaces, while clients receive access to legal expertise supported by AI-powered workflows and execution infrastructure.

Jurisphere said all legal services continue to be delivered by independent firms and professionals, while the platform provides the technology, workflow management, and AI infrastructure layer.

The company plans to use the new funding to expand internationally and build what it describes as a global network of AI-native lawyers operating through unified software and workflow systems.
