Johnson Winter Slattery (JWS) announced it has appointed Tom Fotheringham as a partner in the firm’s market-leading Energy & Resources team. And he will be based in Brisbane.
Fotheringham has extensive energy and resources experience working across mining, oil & gas, electricity and renewables projects including solar, wind, pumped hydro, batteries, compressed air, liquid air and hydrogen.
Fotheringham’s in-depth experience includes advising clients on project structuring, acquisitions, farm-ins, joint ventures, project development and services agreements, offtake (across the whole spectrum of commodity markets including power, gas, LNG, hydrogen and iron ore) and transportation contracts.
