K2 Global, the venture capital firm founded by solo investor Ozi Amanat, has secured $200 million in capital commitments to invest in artificial intelligence and other frontier technology sectors. The capital is focused on AI, robotics, compute infrastructure, semiconductors, national security and next-generation healthcare technologies.
K2 Global has built positions in companies including Neuralink, xAI, SpaceX, Shield AI, Tenstorrent, Synchron, Lambda, Agility Robotics and Function Health. The holdings cited by the firm represent selected investments rather than its entire portfolio.
The firm focuses on foundational technology companies across AI, autonomous systems, defense, robotics, semiconductors, computing infrastructure and healthcare.
K2 Global’s AI Fund plans to make early-stage investments and establish concentrated positions across large language models, autonomous systems, humanoid robotics, defense technology, compute infrastructure, brain-computer interfaces, semiconductors and preventive healthcare.
The firm’s investor and partner network includes entrepreneurs, family offices, foundations, institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, banks and strategic operators spanning the U.S., Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
K2 Global, which Amanat founded in 2015, invests globally and operates across networks in Silicon Valley, Singapore and Miami.
