The round follows K25.ai’s recently closed Pre-A round, which was led by Nasdaq-listed NewGenIVF Group Limited.
K25.ai’s platform allows audiences to predict outcomes across live sports, esports, entertainment, and creator content in real time. The company’s proprietary AI infrastructure supports real-time market generation, content monitoring, and outcome resolution, enabling what the company describes as a seamless watch-to-predict experience. The new investment and strategic partnership with Amber Group are expected to accelerate K25.ai’s product development, global expansion, institutional liquidity infrastructure, and creator ecosystem.
Amber Group, a global digital assets firm headquartered in Singapore, will support K25.ai across market infrastructure, liquidity strategy, ecosystem development, and related digital asset expertise. Amber Group is the parent company of the separately publicly traded Amber International Holding Limited and has developed full-stack solutions bridging traditional finance and digital assets since 2017, including wealth management, asset management, market making, advisory, and investment services. The Amber Group investment adds a second institutional backer to K25.ai alongside NewGenIVF Group, extending the company’s strategic support across both public markets and digital assets.
