Kapture CX, a verticalized full-stack agentic AI platform, has closed a $10 million pre-Series B round led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, marking the firm’s first investment in the AI space. Existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives also participated in the round.
The company aims to solve a major enterprise challenge: fragmented AI adoption through multiple point products that rarely deliver meaningful returns at scale. By bringing everything together on a single agentic OS platform and owning the full stack from models to agentic layer to user interface, Kapture enables enterprises to deploy customized, deeply verticalized AI across complex workflows without stitching together multiple solutions.
Kapture CX is already trusted by more than 1,000 enterprises in 18 countries, including Bajaj Finance and several companies in the Tata Group and Reliance Group, alongside major consulting firms and hyperscalers as partners. Since its Series A in 2023, the company has grown 4x and reached profitability, which remains rare across much of the AI economy. The new capital will support global expansion and continued product development, with Kapture targeting roughly 5x revenue growth over the next few years.
