Kasa, a leader in tech-driven hospitality management for hotels and apartment-style accommodations, has secured a $40 million growth investment led by one of the world’s top growth investors, SLW. This funding round marks a pivotal step in Kasa’s mission to reinvent the hospitality landscape through advanced technology and AI.

With this capital injection, Kasa is set to turbocharge the development of its proprietary hospitality Operating System, which integrates cutting-edge technology and AI capabilities. This platform is the backbone of Kasa’s operations, empowering the company to streamline property management, enhance guest experiences, and maximize revenue for property owners. Leveraging nationwide scale and a centralized system, Kasa stands out as the exclusive short-term rental provider to half of the top 20 multifamily property owners in the United States and is the trusted partner for renowned institutional players such as Starwood Capital, Berkshire, Prudential, and Greystar.

In the past year, Kasa has more than doubled its annual booking revenue to over $100 million, reflecting the rapid adoption of its tech-enabled model. The company now operates over 85 properties in 45 markets, with boutique hotels accounting for a growing share—more than 35 properties across 20-plus markets. This innovative approach has garnered strong guest approval, as evidenced by properties like Kasa Little Italy in San Diego, Kasa Magnificent Mile in Chicago, Kasa Union Station in Denver, and Kasa Maverick in Pittsburgh, which regularly earn top spots in their respective city’s TripAdvisor categories.

Kasa’s forward-thinking strategy and commitment to operational excellence continue to raise the standard for modern hospitality, benefiting both travelers and property owners alike.
