Keensight Capital has strengthened its organisational infrastructure with the addition of two senior Human Resources leaders, an expansion move that aligns with the firm’s continued growth across Europe, North America and Asia. The private equity firm, which manages €6 billion in assets and focuses on pan-European Growth Buyout investments, announced the appointment of Berengere Peter as Partner and Head of Human Resources, as well as the recent arrival of Halina Evans as HR Director in London.
Peter brings more than twenty-five years of international experience spanning people strategy, organisational development, consulting, and in-house leadership roles. She will oversee the firm’s HR function and drive initiatives that support Keensight’s expanding global workforce. Evans, who joined earlier in the year, has held multiple senior HR positions within asset management and boutique financial services environments. Together, they will lead efforts across talent development, culture, leadership and retention as the firm continues to scale.
Keensight has more than doubled its team over the past five years, now surpassing 125 professionals. Its Paris and London offices serve as core hubs, with nearly 70 and approximately 50 employees, respectively, supported by additional locations in Singapore and Boston. The HR appointments follow recent leadership additions in Investor Relations and Capital Markets, including the hires of Charles Cox as Partner and Head of Investor Relations, Camilla Melville-Hansen as Director, and Zoe Clarke as Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets.
The firm stated that enhancing HR leadership is integral to supporting its next phase of long-term expansion, which includes continued investment in operational teams that underpin portfolio growth, fundraising activities, and global reach.
