Keeper Security Appoints Jessica Krowel And Bill Grabner To Lead North America Private And Public Sector Sales

Keeper Security has appointed Jessica Krowel as Senior Vice President of North America Sales, Private Sector, and Bill Grabner as Senior Vice President, Public Sector, strengthening its go-to-market leadership as the identity security company continues to expand.

Both executives will support Chief Revenue Officer Tim Strickland and lead growth across key private- and public-sector markets.

Krowel brings nearly 20 years of go-to-market experience in identity and access management. She spent 14 years at CyberArk, where she advanced to Global Vice President of Inside Sales and Chief of Staff to the Go-to-Market organization. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Global Sales Development at Delinea.

Grabner brings more than two decades of federal and public-sector sales leadership. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at JMA Wireless and previously held leadership roles at Ribbon Communications, Cisco and BroadSoft.

The appointments come as Keeper continues scaling across the midmarket, large enterprises and federal organizations.

Keeper said its revenue increased 53.4% in 2025, more than three times the broader security software market’s average growth rate of 15.5%.

That performance ranked Keeper as the second fastest-growing security software competitor globally, behind Google, in Gartner’s Market Share Analysis: Security Software, Worldwide, 2025 report.

Keeper’s platform combines password and passkey management, privileged session management, secrets management and endpoint privilege management within a cloud-native, zero-knowledge architecture.

The platform also includes KeeperAI, which provides real-time threat detection across privileged sessions and extends identity governance to AI agents, machines and other non-human identities alongside human users.

Krowel and Grabner will be responsible for expanding adoption of Keeper across their respective markets as organizations seek to consolidate fragmented identity security tools onto broader platforms.

Keeper’s 2026 research found that only 36% of organizations have fully deployed privileged access management, while 64% still lack fully consolidated privileged access governance.

KEY QUOTES:

“The cybersecurity market is seeing an unprecedented inflection point with the advent and widespread adoption of AI technologies. With Jessica and Bill onboard, Keeper is poised to continue accelerating its rocketing growth as organizations seek identity security solutions that harness the power of AI to protect against existing human risks and emerging agentic AI threats.”

Tim Strickland, Chief Revenue Officer of Keeper Security

“Identity has become the center of enterprise risk and governance given that human and non-human identities are proliferating faster than most organizations can secure and manage them. We are thrilled to have Jessica and Bill on our team given their superb knowledge and expertise in helping organizations secure and govern all identities in the modern era.”
