Kestra Financial has added Ecclesiastes Wealth Partners, a Richardson, Texas-based wealth management firm overseeing approximately $550 million in client assets, to its community of independent financial advisors.
Founded by Shannon Harris, Ecclesiastes focuses on comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and multigenerational wealth planning for individuals and families.
Harris works alongside partners Sarah Walsh and Justin Snowden, with the leadership team holding credentials including CFP, BFA, APMA, CDFA, EA, and CMFA.
The firm has built its business around a planning-first approach that aligns investment and financial decisions with clients’ longer-term goals.
By joining Kestra Financial, Ecclesiastes gains access to a broader wealth management platform while maintaining its independence and personalized advisory model.
Kestra will provide the firm with integrated technology, business consulting resources, marketing support, and additional planning capabilities intended to help the practice continue expanding.
Ecclesiastes also plans to use AI-powered tools available through the platform to improve efficiency, support scalability, and enhance the client experience.
The firm intends to use technology to streamline parts of its operations while preserving the direct advisory relationships that underpin its financial planning model.
For Ecclesiastes, the decision to affiliate with Kestra was also influenced by the ability to collaborate with other independent advisors.
The firm sought a platform that could provide additional institutional resources without requiring it to abandon control over how it operates and serves clients.
That structure gives Ecclesiastes access to additional technology and planning tools while allowing its advisors to continue developing the business around their established approach.
Kestra Financial works with independent financial professionals and wealth management firms, including traditional and hybrid registered investment advisers.
The company provides business management technology, personalized consulting, and access to an advisor community intended to help independent practices expand while retaining control of their client relationships.
Kestra Financial was established in 1997 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
The company operates as a division of Kestra Holdings and includes affiliated businesses spanning wealth management, advisory services, brokerage, private wealth, investment management, and trust services.
The addition of Ecclesiastes expands Kestra’s advisor network with a practice managing approximately $550 million and focused on personalized planning and multigenerational wealth strategies.
Ecclesiastes plans to use Kestra’s resources to support continued organic growth while investing in technology capable of increasing operational efficiency as the practice scales.
