Keychain has raised $10 million to accelerate the rollout of Keychain360, an AI-powered operating system designed to streamline private label product development and supply chain management for retailers. The investment includes funding from W23 Global, the venture capital fund supported by Tesco, Ahold Delhaize, Woolworths Group, Empire Company Limited/Sobeys, and Shoprite Group.
The New York-based company, which provides an AI-driven manufacturing platform for the consumer packaged goods sector, is expanding its footprint with a system designed to give retailers greater visibility, control, and speed when introducing private label products to market. Keychain360 integrates product design, sourcing, manufacturing, and compliance into a single, intelligent operating platform, enabling retailers to reduce development timelines by months while improving coordination across their supplier networks.
The private label segment continues to grow as consumers seek high-quality goods at competitive prices. At the same time, retailers face increasing operational complexity as they strive to introduce new products and respond to evolving regulatory demands. Keychain360 is intended to address these pressures by offering real-time intelligence, predictive capabilities, and connected workflows across the entire product lifecycle.
Keychain noted that a top ten retailer recently used its technology to launch more than 100 new products, shortening time to market by over two months while improving efficiency across its supplier ecosystem. The company has expanded rapidly since its founding less than two years ago, raising a $30 million Series B round, entering the Irish and UK markets, and launching KeychainOS for manufacturers. The introduction of Keychain360 marks the company’s third major product, extending its reach to brands, manufacturers, and retailers through a unified AI-powered network.
Keychain’s platform is now used by eight of the top ten global retailers, as well as 7-Eleven, Whole Foods, and seven of the top ten CPG brands, including General Mills. The system supports over 30,000 manufacturers and 20,000 brands and retailers, enabling them to accelerate product creation with greater precision. As adoption increases, the company aims to define the next generation of connected product development for the global retail industry.
