Keystone Group: Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel Acquisition Will Become Renaissance Hotel

Keystone Group announced it has acquired the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel and plans to transform the property into a new Renaissance hotel, marking Keystone’s first development under Marriott International’s Renaissance Hotels lifestyle brand.

As one of the largest hotels in Indiana, the future Renaissance hotel will join Keystone’s InterContinental Indianapolis, 120 Monument Circle, and 220 Meridian Tower, creating a four-property interconnected district surrounding downtown Indianapolis and Monument Circle.

According to the company, the neighboring Keystone properties now represent a half billion in ongoing investments tied to the company’s continued commitment to shaping how people live, work, stay, and experience Indianapolis.
