Kian Capital Partners Acquires Integrity Landscape

Kian Capital Partners acquired Integrity Landscape, a commercial landscape services provider operating across the San Francisco Bay Area. Integrity was founded in 2016 by Rich Bronstein and provides recurring and re-occurring commercial landscaping services through five Bay Area branches.

Its customers include homeowners associations, multifamily communities, Class A commercial properties, offices, and retail developments.

The company operates through the CityLeaf, Medallion Landscape, and Serpico Landscaping brands.

Integrity employs more than 385 professionals across operating locations in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Santa Clara counties.

CEO Raitis Raisian and the existing regional leadership team will continue operating the business.

Founder Rich Bronstein will remain involved as a meaningful investor and board member.

Kian plans to support expansion beyond the Bay Area into additional Western U.S. markets.

Target geographies include broader Northern California, Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada.

Kian said commercial landscaping fits its essential-services strategy because of the recurring revenue characteristics and highly fragmented competitive market.

The firm manages approximately $1.1 billion of capital.

Integrity is also actively seeking partnerships with other commercial landscaping operators in the Western U.S.

CCG Advisors represented Integrity in the transaction.
