KIBO Commerce, a market leader in composable commerce solutions, today announced the appointment of Neela Montgomery to its Board of Directors. Montgomery will provide strategic guidance as Kibo scales its global reach and simplifies complex commerce operations through its unified platform.
The company said Montgomery brings more than 20 years of experience leading enterprises through digital innovation, evolving global strategy, and international market expansion. Her appointment comes as Kibo enters what it described as its next phase of growth.
Montgomery most recently served as CEO of Orveon Global, a beauty collective that includes Bare Minerals and Laura Mercier, where she led a transformation back to profitability. She previously held senior leadership roles, including President of CVS Pharmacy, overseeing a $90 billion division and managing critical healthcare infrastructure during the pandemic, and CEO of Crate & Barrel Holdings, where she led a multi-year turnaround and built a multi-billion-dollar omnichannel model.
Her appointment was sourced through the external board program operated by Vista Equity Partners, a global technology investor and majority investor in Kibo. Launched in 2017, the program leverages Vista’s ecosystem and resources to identify, train, and appoint qualified board candidates for its portfolio companies, aiming to create a pipeline of board-ready leaders.
Founded in 2016, KIBO provides a modular, MACH-certified platform supporting order management, commerce, and subscription experiences, with AI-driven and agentic capabilities designed to improve operations and productivity. Its customers include Zwilling, Ace Hardware, Al-Futtaim, Nivel, and REEDS Jewelers.
