King Risk Partners has acquired Conover Beyer Associates Insurance, expanding the insurance brokerage’s presence in New Jersey and the broader Mid-Atlantic region.
Manasquan, New Jersey-based Conover Beyer is a family- and veteran-owned independent insurance agency that has operated since 1882, serving businesses, individuals, and families for more than 140 years.
The agency provides business and personal insurance, employee benefits, commercial bonding and risk management services.
Its team also has specialized experience with coastal exposures and the insurance requirements of contractors, restaurants, manufacturers and other businesses.
The acquisition expands King Risk Partners’ capabilities across commercial and personal insurance and employee benefits while increasing its presence in New Jersey.
King Risk Partners, headquartered in Gainesville, Florida, is currently ranked as the 36th-largest insurance brokerage in the U.S. and continues to expand organically and through acquisitions across the Eastern and Southeastern U.S.
