King & Spalding has added Nicola Yeomans as a partner in its Corporate practice group in Singapore, strengthening the firm’s private equity and M&A capabilities across Asia-Pacific.
Yeomans joins from Mallesons, where she was a partner and Co-Head of Private Capital. She advises private equity sponsors, asset managers, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds on complex cross-border transactions throughout Southeast Asia, India and the broader Asia-Pacific region.
Her practice focuses on private capital and private equity M&A, particularly across infrastructure and real estate, with additional experience in healthcare, logistics, technology and financial services.
Yeomans advises on acquisitions and disposals, consortium and joint venture structures, co-investments, fundraising transactions and significant real asset investments.
King & Spalding said the appointment should create additional opportunities to connect its private equity and M&A capabilities with its existing work across disputes, special matters, finance, restructuring, special situations investments, energy and infrastructure.
Yeomans holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales.
