King & Spalding announced that Allison Bell has joined the firm’s Corporate practice group as a partner in the firm’s New York office. And Bell has extensive experience with various capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters.
Bell’s practice focuses on representing issuers, underwriters, and sponsors in a wide range of securities matters, including initial public offerings, other equity and debt offerings, tender offers, general corporate matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. And she also advises public companies on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and disclosure matters.
Bell joins King & Spalding from Kirkland & Ellis, where she was a partner. And she earned her B.A. from Boston College and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
