The acquisition strengthens Kipu’s position as a comprehensive technology platform for behavioral health providers, extending its capabilities beyond treatment and operations into post-discharge engagement and referral growth. The company’s platform already supports the full patient journey, including intake, admissions, treatment, billing, and compliance, and will now incorporate tools to maintain ongoing relationships with patients after treatment concludes.
Team Recovery Technologies serves more than 150 treatment centers across the United States, providing digital solutions that help organizations build alumni communities, improve retention, reduce relapse rates, and support value-based care initiatives.
