His work spans acquisitions, carve-outs, co-investments, public M&A, consortium deals, and hybrid equity investments. He regularly advises U.S. and European financial investors on complex cross-border transactions across asset classes, with particular focus on energy and infrastructure, industrials, technology, and financial services.
