Feltman is widely recognized as a leading figure in restructuring and finance, with a cross-disciplinary practice that spans complex capital structures, distressed situations, and innovative liability management transactions. He joins from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he was a partner and led the firm’s restructuring and finance practice.
