Kirkland & Ellis: Leading Antitrust Team Joins Brussels And London Offices

Kirkland & Ellis announced that leading antitrust lawyers Robbert Snelders, Thomas Graf, Henry Mostyn, and Conor Opdebeeck-Wilson will join the firm as partners, strengthening the firm’s antitrust capabilities across Brussels and London.

The firm said the group brings significant experience advising clients on high-stakes EU, UK, and global merger control, cartel investigations, unilateral conduct matters, and digital regulation. The team regularly represents companies across the technology, pharmaceutical, financial services, energy, and industrial sectors before the European Commission, the UK Competition and Markets Authority, and other national regulators, as well as in litigation in national and EU courts.

Kirkland noted that the lawyers also advise some of the world’s largest companies on complex cross-border merger reviews and multijurisdictional antitrust and regulatory investigations.

The four partners are joining Kirkland from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
