KKR, a leading global investment firm listed on the NYSE under the ticker KKR, has appointed Lauren Goodwin as Managing Director and Chief Investment Strategist for its Global Wealth Solutions business. Goodwin, an experienced economist and portfolio strategist, will lead efforts to develop practical tools for financial advisors and adapt KKR’s market insights for wirehouses, RIAs, private banks, and independent broker-dealers.
Goodwin joins from New York Life Investments, where she most recently served as Chief Market Strategist, responsible for cross-asset market insights, portfolio strategy, and representing the firm’s investment views to clients. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Wells Fargo, Frontier Strategy Group, J.P. Morgan, and the OECD. She holds an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, a BA from the University of Southern California, and is a CFA charterholder.
