Klipboard acquired Linxup, expanding its fleet management and field service software operations across North America. Founded in 2004, Linxup provides cloud-based fleet and field service management technology.
Its platform includes real-time vehicle tracking, AI-enabled dashcams, tool and equipment tracking, driver behavior monitoring, and driver and vehicle compliance tools.
The system processes millions of data points each day and provides businesses with information to manage vehicles, equipment, drivers, and other assets.
Linxup currently serves approximately 25,000 customers and more than 240,000 connected devices.
Its customers span industries including logistics, distribution, construction, heavy equipment, equipment rental, HVAC and plumbing, landscaping, transportation, and utilities.
The acquisition expands Klipboard’s suite of software for businesses managing field-based employees and physical assets.
It follows Klipboard’s acquisition of RAM Tracking in early 2025.
With Linxup included, Klipboard now supports more than 80,000 enterprise and small and midsize business customers across 74 countries.
The combined organization has nearly 1,900 employees globally.
Linxup had previously been backed by Spectrum Equity.
