KMS Technology announced the appointment of Jason Wojahn as Chief Executive Officer as the company accelerates its focus on AI-native enterprise execution and workflow orchestration.
Wojahn brings approximately 30 years of experience building and scaling technology services organizations across enterprise software, digital transformation, and AI-driven workflow automation markets.
Prior to joining KMS Technology, Wojahn served as co-founder and CEO of Thirdera, a ServiceNow-focused consultancy that was acquired by Cognizant in 2024. Following the acquisition, he led AI and enterprise transformation initiatives at Cognizant.
Earlier in his career, Wojahn led Accenture’s global ServiceNow business after the acquisition of Cloud Sherpas and also held leadership roles at IBM Global Services. He currently serves as an Operating Advisor to Sunstone Partners and sits on the boards of OSF Digital and 66degrees.
KMS Technology stated that the leadership transition comes as enterprise software increasingly shifts from systems designed primarily to support decision-making toward platforms capable of directly executing operational workflows through AI-driven automation and orchestration.
The company said it plans to expand its focus on AI-native execution models that utilize agentic AI tools to coordinate enterprise workflows across fragmented systems, operational data, and AI agents.
According to KMS Technology, the company’s strategic priorities under Wojahn include expanding its proprietary Velox platform, transitioning from project-based services toward outcome-based delivery models, and further operationalizing AI-driven workflow execution capabilities.
Initial target areas include software delivery, revenue operations, and workforce orchestration environments where fragmented systems and inconsistent operational processes have historically reduced efficiency and slowed execution.
