KMT Group Expands Global UHP Portfolio With Shape Waterblast Group And Advanced Pressure Systems

By Amit Chowdhry • Jun 23, 2026

KMT Group announced the expansion of its global ultrahigh-pressure portfolio to include Shape Waterblast Group and its flagship brand Advanced Pressure Systems, along with Aqua-Dyne and Riverstone Pressure Systems.

The expansion unifies a broad portfolio of ultrahigh-pressure solutions under one global organization. With the addition of Shape Waterblast Group, KMT Group customers gain access to solutions spanning precision waterjet cutting, LDPE high-pressure systems, industrial waterblasting, and surface preparation.

The combined organization is backed by more than 175 years of collective ultrahigh-pressure engineering expertise and a global service footprint spanning more than 100 countries.

The expanded KMT Group now offers an end-to-end portfolio of ultrahigh-pressure technologies for major industrial applications of high-pressure water. This includes KMT Waterjet’s lineup of direct-drive pumps, intensifier pumps, and ultrahigh-pressure pumps for waterjet cutting, supported by a global network of more than 180 OEM partners.

The portfolio also includes H2O Jet’s high-pressure parts, components, and engineered solutions; McCartney Engineering’s high-pressure systems for the low-density polyethylene industry; and waterblasting and surface preparation solutions anchored by Advanced Pressure Systems’ HUSKY and BLASTMAX pumps.

Additional waterblasting and surface preparation brands include Aqua-Dyne, Riverstone Pressure Systems, and Flow Surface Prep. These products support industrial cleaning, surface preparation, and material removal across oil and gas, marine, aerospace, infrastructure, and heavy industry.

KMT Group said the expanded organization gives customers a single source for engineered ultrahigh-pressure solutions across cutting, cleaning, processing, and surface preparation applications, supported by unified engineering, service, and customer support resources.

The expanded KMT Group brings together several influential names in ultrahigh-pressure technology, including teams associated with the invention of waterjet cutting in 1971 and the development of modern industrial waterblasting. The combined organization will continue operating its global manufacturing, engineering, and service centers while using shared resources to accelerate innovation and customer support.
