Knox Lane Acquires Majority Stake In SAGE Integration To Scale Enterprise Security Platform

Knox Lane has acquired a majority stake in SAGE Integration Holdings, a national security systems integrator serving mission-critical enterprise customers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SAGE provides design, retrofit, installation and maintenance services for facility security systems, with a significant presence in regulated markets. Its model embeds personnel within customer operations while combining local support with end-to-end security integration capabilities.

Founded in 1988, SAGE works with enterprise customers, including Fortune 100 organizations, to protect facilities, employees and business operations through integrated security technology.

Knox Lane plans to support SAGE’s next phase by investing in talent, business development, commercial initiatives and technology, while pursuing operational improvements and complementary acquisitions.

William Blair and Stifel served as financial advisors to Knox Lane, while Kirkland & Ellis acted as legal counsel. Benesch Friedlander Coplan & Aronoff served as legal counsel to SAGE and its shareholders.
