KONST raised $30 million in Series B funding led by ADATA Technology to expand its AI data center footprint across Asia and accelerate its Token Factory strategy.  Strategic investors include M Mobility, Pegatron Venture Capital, and several other corporate investors.

The Taipei-based company operates across AI infrastructure, GPU cloud services, and enterprise AI governance.

KONST plans to use the financing to expand AI data center construction capacity across Asia.

The company is also scaling its Token Factory strategy, which treats computing infrastructure as production equipment and AI tokens as output.

KONST organizes its offering into three layers.

Konstra AI handles physical compute infrastructure, including site selection, mechanical and electrical systems, environmental controls, GPU cluster deployment, and ongoing operations.

Glows.ai provides GPU cloud resources with per-second billing.

Horizon AI provides enterprise AI adoption and governance, including the company’s (k) ATP Token platform.

The governance platform allows companies to manage model access, usage limits, budgets, and audit logs through a centralized system.

KONST is targeting large enterprises that increasingly need AI infrastructure to support recurring production workloads rather than isolated proofs of concept.

KEY QUOTES:

“This round is about more than the amount raised. What matters most is that we and our investors share the same vision: AI must make its way into how enterprises actually operate, not stall at proof of concept.”

“Once AI is part of operations, computing power is no longer a one-time project expense. It becomes essential infrastructure that enterprises rely on every day.”

“Buying GPUs is only the beginning. You need data centers you can build, compute you can break down finely, and usage you can keep under control.”

Ben Chang, Co-Founder and Chairman of KONST
