Körber announced it has signed a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Stellium, a Houston-headquartered SAP supply chain management consulting firm, as the technology group looks to broaden its software and process consulting capabilities for global manufacturers and logistics organizations.
The transaction brings Stellium’s operations across North America, the Middle East, and India into Körber’s existing supply chain consulting footprint. Upon completion, subject to customary conditions, the combined business will operate as Körber Stellium, positioning the group to deliver end-to-end SAP Supply Chain Management implementations with deeper regional coverage.
Körber said the deal strengthens its SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio, adding capacity across process and software consulting as well as solutions tied to SAP Digital Manufacturing and SAP Integrated Business Planning. The company framed the move as part of a longer-term strategy aimed at megatrends shaping supply chains, including AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
Stellium is a specialized SAP supply chain and manufacturing consulting firm that supports enterprise transformation across SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP IBP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP PP/DS, and S/4HANA Cloud ERP, along with advanced supply chain analytics. The firm works with customers across sectors, including consumer packaged goods, automotive, life science and pharma, logistics, and manufacturing.
Körber said Stellium’s leadership team will continue to manage operations at Körber Stellium and will work closely with Körber’s global Competence Center Consulting leadership within the Supply Chain business area. Körber described the operating structure as designed to provide continuity for customers and employees while enabling faster integration and knowledge sharing across the combined organizations.
