Korn Ferry: Q1 Fee Revenue Rises 7% To $756.5 Million As Contracted Fees Reach $1.9 Billion

Korn Ferry reported fiscal first-quarter 2027 fee revenue of $756.5 million, up 7% year over year, marking the global consulting firm’s sixth consecutive quarter of top-line growth.

Total revenue reached $764.6 million, compared with $715.5 million a year earlier. New business increased to $832.3 million from $742.2 million, while estimated remaining fees under existing contracts rose 14% to approximately $1.9 billion.

Net income attributable to Korn Ferry increased 4% to $69 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 7% to $128.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA margin remained at 17%.

Diluted EPS increased 5% to $1.32, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 9% to $1.43.

Fee revenue increased across all regions, with particularly strong performance in Search and Workforce Solutions, where revenue increased 10% and 11%, respectively.

The Americas generated $442.1 million of fee revenue, up 9%, while EMEA revenue increased 4% to $227.7 million and APAC revenue increased 1% to $86.7 million.

The quarter preceded the September 1 completion of Korn Ferry’s acquisition of AMS, which adds technology-enabled talent solutions and long-term contracted client relationships to its Workforce Solutions business.
