Kyndryl To Buy Solvinity To Expand Secure Cloud Services Capabilities

Kyndryl announced that it has agreed to acquire Solvinity Group B.V., a privately held provider of secure managed cloud platforms and services based in the Netherlands. The acquisition is intended to broaden Kyndryl’s portfolio and strengthen its ability to support customers in modernizing, securing, and managing sensitive and complex workloads.

The companies will combine Kyndryl’s mission-critical advisory, implementation, and managed services capabilities with Solvinity’s private and hybrid sovereign cloud offerings.

The transaction is expected to enhance support for customers operating in regulated sectors where security, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements are increasing. Customers will gain access to an expanded range of cloud platform services, advanced security capabilities, AI enablement, and a global network of certified experts. The combined offerings are intended to help organizations automate operations, innovate more efficiently, and focus on core strategic priorities while managing critical workloads safely.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Completion of the acquisition remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and consultation with employee representatives.

Kyndryl provides mission-critical enterprise technology services to thousands of customers across more than sixty countries. The company designs, builds, and manages complex information systems for global organizations across public and private sectors.
