L Catterton And Altas Partners To Acquire Majority Stake In Fullscript

L Catterton and Altas Partners have agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fullscript from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners, backing the healthcare technology company’s next phase of expansion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Fullscript provides an integrated platform designed for healthcare practitioners delivering whole-person care, bringing together data, diagnostic resources and other clinical tools.

More than 135,000 healthcare practitioners currently use Fullscript to support approximately 10 million patients annually across North America.

The platform includes practitioner-directed supplement recommendations and fulfillment, laboratory management, wearable health data integration and tools focused on patient adherence and outcomes.

The new investment is intended to support expansion of Fullscript’s platform and clinical support capabilities while increasing its reach across the North American healthcare market.

Fullscript was founded in 2011.

The company has recently expanded the breadth of its platform through product development, partnerships and acquisitions.

University Hospitals recently became a major health system to integrate Fullscript into its Epic workflow, allowing providers to recommend clinician-grade supplements directly through the electronic health record.

Fullscript launched Fullscript Journeys in April 2026 to help providers deliver more personalized health experiences while maintaining clinical guidance.

In January 2026, Fullscript partnered with Oura to bring wearable biometric data into clinical workflows alongside lab results and patient treatment histories.

The company also acquired Rupa Health in 2024, adding laboratory ordering and management capabilities.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.

Centerview Partners is serving as financial advisor to Fullscript.

Evercore, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets are serving as financial advisors to Altas and L Catterton, while McDermott Will & Emery and Kirkland & Ellis are serving as their legal counsel.

Jefferies and William Blair are serving as financial advisors to HGGC and Snapdragon.
