Her practice includes patent, trademark, and other complex intellectual property matters.
Reed represents clients in federal courts throughout the U.S. and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Her experience spans the full lifecycle of litigation, including early case assessment, preliminary injunction proceedings, discovery, trial, and appeals.
Reed works with companies across advanced manufacturing, electronics, consumer products, medical devices, software, and other technology-focused industries.
She also advises clients on technology licensing, settlement agreements, and business issues involving intellectual property.
Reed has particular experience in materials science and manufacturing technologies.
Her work has included companies operating across biotechnology, petrochemicals, food technology, and medical devices.
