By Amit Chowdhry • Dec 2, 2025

Larson Packaging Company (LPC), a provider of custom technical packaging solutions, has acquired Great Western Eagle Packaging (GWEP), a California-based supplier of high-precision case and foam solutions serving aerospace, military, drone, and advanced technology customers.

The deal expands LPC’s specialized engineering and fabrication capabilities, particularly in complex foam solutions and high-tolerance case inserts used in mission-critical applications. With the integration of GWEP’s Ontario facility, LPC strengthens its presence across the Bay Area, San Diego, and the Orange County/Los Angeles/Inland Empire regions, significantly increasing its California manufacturing footprint.

GWEP’s expertise in materials, precision fabrication, and case-insert engineering for brands such as Pelican and SKB complements LPC’s full-service industrial packaging portfolio. The combined operation enhances LPC’s ability to meet rigorous aerospace and defense requirements, deliver shorter lead times, and support customers navigating demanding quality and certification standards.

As part of the acquisition, GWEP CEO Todd Teach will join Larson Packaging Company’s leadership team, focusing on business development and strategic customer relationships.
