Latham Adds Sara Margolis To New York As Partner In Complex Commercial Litigation Practice

Latham & Watkins has hired trial lawyer Sara Margolis as a partner in its New York office, strengthening the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation Practice with additional high-stakes commercial and intellectual property litigation capabilities, particularly in pharmaceutical and life sciences disputes.

Margolis advises clients on significant matters across sectors including life sciences, biotech and financial services, handling cases from early assessment through trial, arbitration and appeal in federal and state courts nationwide. She joins Latham from MoloLamken LLP and previously clerked for Judge Vincent L. Briccetti in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. Margolis earned her JD from Columbia Law School and her BA from Middlebury College.
