Latham: Danielle Brown Named As Finance Partner In London

Latham & Watkins announced that Danielle Brown has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Banking Practice. And Brown advises leading financial institutions, private credit funds, and other capital providers on various complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.

Brown’s practice spans the full spectrum of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, corporate recapitalizations, bridge financing, and loan commitments. And she also advises on a variety of secured and unsecured lending transactions. 

Brown joins Latham & Watkins from Cahill Gordon & Reindel. And she earned her BSc in Government & Economics from the London School of Economics, and her GDL and LPC from BPP Law School.
