Latham & Watkins has announced that Ross Allardice will join its London office as a partner in the M&A and Private Equity Practice. He has extensive experience advising private equity firms and financial sponsors on complex cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.
Allardice is recognized as a leading private equity lawyer, with a strong track record in high-profile transactions across various industries, particularly in healthcare, financial services, business services, and technology.
Previously, he was with White & Case. Allardice holds an LLB from the University of Dundee and an LLM from the University of Cambridge.
